Biography  

Gretchen joined the School of Medicine in 2024 as the Program Coordinator for Introduction to Clinical Medicine, bringing more than a decade of experience in medical education. She previously served as Associate Director of Undergraduate Medical Education at the University of Illinois College of Medicine, where she led curriculum operations, supervised educational teams, and advanced innovative curricular initiatives. Her expertise includes program management, policy development, and designing scalable systems that improve efficiency and support student and faculty success.
