We will be happy to allow someone else to come in your place—just email our team to request the change. If that isn’t an option, cancellation requests must be sent to confs@mailbox.sc.edu. A 6% administrative fee will be charged for registration cancellations up until March 22, 2026. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after March 22, 2026. Substitutions are welcome at any time. The conference organizers reserve the right to cancel and refund all registration fees for any course due to circumstances beyond its control, including insufficient enrollment. The liability of the conference is limited to the enrollment fee and the conference will not be responsible for any losses incurred by participants, including but not limited to airline cancellation charges or hotel deposits. Refunds take six to eight weeks to process.
We hope you’ll register by the Friday before the conference, even if you wait to pay until arrival. But if you show up on-site, we won’t turn you away!
