Priority Scheduling
Planning a special event for next semester? The Fall 2026 Russell House Priority Event Request window is now open through noon on April 3, 2026. Now is the perfect time to get your major event requests submitted.

Important Information
The priority period is for special event requests to be placed on the Russell House calendar before 25Live reservations open to the entire university community.
Events submitted now should have broad appeal to the wider university community.
Smaller bookings, such as recurring meetings, tabling, and similar activities, can be submitted through 25Live (students only) from April 6th - 17th.
25Live opens for the entire university for Fall 2026 requests on April 21st.

You may submit requests for these dates now. However, please be aware that confirmations will be delayed until early June to accommodate the broader university schedule.

Turn in found items on the second floor of the Russell House at the information desk
or find out whether your missing item has been turned in to us.
Please call 803-777-3196 to reach the Information Center, or stop by on the second floor of the Russell House.
Claiming an Item
Found items can be claimed at the Russell House Information Center. Bring your CarolinaCard
or driver's license.
Lost CarolinaCards
Lost CarolinaCards are handled through the CarolinaCard office in the basement of the Russell House.
We do not accept found CarolinaCards.
Space Scheduling
Use 25Live to request space for the Spring 2026 semester. Don’t delay—submit your requests now
to secure your organization's Russell House space.
