Biography

Stephanie Martin is a seasoned public relations professional with experience in the nonprofit, government, utilities and higher education industries.

Her communication skills have been honed through positions with United Way, the state's electric cooperative association, Clemson University youth development programs and as a university instructor since 2012. She has collaborated to win multiple ADDY awards and a Best of Show from the American Advertising Federation, in addition to several accolades from United Way of America and the Southern Public Relations Federation.

She currently works for the University of South Carolina College of Education as the marketing and digital communications specialist for the CarolinaCrED, CarolinaCAP and CarolinaTIP programs. Stephanie has also been working as an adjunct instructor for the USC School of Journalism and Mass Communications since 2016.

A native of Sumter, Martin is a proud alumna of both USC and LSU. She is also a long-time member of Delta Gamma (Women's) Fraternity, and in 2016, received the organization's alumnae Cable Award.
