If you have good oral and written communication
skills, an outgoing personality, a desire to help others, a strong
work ethic, and the ability to work well under pressure, becoming
a USCL Peer Advisor (also known as a P.A.L.) could be part of your future.
Peer
Advisors are an important part of the USCL campus. They
participate in a variety of campus activities, including Registration,
Orientation, and other events. Becoming a Peer Advisor
is a great way to meet new friends, visit new places, and gain
new experiences.
Peer Advisors also receive a $1000.00
tuition stipend for Fall and Spring.
If you are interested in becoming a Peer Advisor,
you must first complete a Peer Advisor Application. Application
forms are available in the Office of Student Life in Starr
Hall .
Applicants must be currently enrolled at USCL and must have
completed at least 12 semester hours by the end of the Fall
semester. Applicants must have a cumulative GPA of 2.75.
If you have questions about the Peer Advisor
program, contact Laura
